"City parking" is a platform aimed at user convenience. It has a wide range of possible payment methods:


  • bank card;
  • parking or transport city card;
  • SMS-payment;
  • electronic currencies.

Payment can be made both with the help of the network of parking machines, and with the help of mobile devices and the user's member area on the web-site of the city parking space.
Violations control
For the convenience of control, the "City Parking" project contains a software module for automatic data processing from specialized video recording devices.

Main features:


  • automatic data processing devices "Parkon", "Dozor";
  • identification of unpaid parking sessions;
  • functions of data verification by the operator of the system;
  • integration with the address database of State Road Traffic Safety Inspection;
  • formation of the printed form of the judgment in the case of administrative offenses.

An optional feature is a technological line for the formation of addressed postal items with an enclosed the judgment on the case of non-payment of services of paid city parking.
Mobile application
Mobile applications allow users to make initial payment for services of paid city parking, stop and prolong current parking sessions, get information about the nearest parking spaces and their current congestion.

All popular operating systems of smart phones and tablets is supported: administrative offenses:


  • iOS;
  • Android.

Mobile applications of "City Parking" are available on the application download web-sites of the respective operating systems.
Reporting system
"City Parking" project allows to get information about the current state of the city parking infrastructure, as well as create reports in any period of time.

The main data for the reports formation are:


  • congestion of parking areas;
  • average duration and turnover of parking;
  • number of offenses;
  • total amount of money received for the period for each parking zone;
  • differentiation of payment data by type of payment and time.

It is possible to create any printed forms of reports on the basis of available data at the stage of implementation of the project.

In November 2018, "Gorparkovki" won the open competition of State public institution "Administrator of the Moscow parking space". As part of the contract, the Moscow Parkings mobile application was developed and the associated AIS modules Unified Parking Space were developed to enable payment for the use of municipal and commercial parking lots using the postpaid billing system.

"Voronezh Parking" is the first concession form of paid parking implemented in our country. In this project, "Gorparkovki" is an investor, a supplier of IT solutions, a service company and a builder of street parking infrastructure. The total number of project parking spaces is 6000.
